Prakash Mate & co. is active into constructions and Land development from last few decades. Our company has successfully developed more than 25+ residential, commercial & land development projects in Pune as well as outside Pune city.
Some of our famous projects are Anandavan, which is a Farmhouse plotting project situated at Khanapur village on Panshet road. we have more than 500 happy members in the Anandavan society. Mr. Prakash T. Mate is the founder, Chairman and current secretary of this project.
Shaniwar peth has been one of our home grounds when it comes to residential and commercial construction. Prakash Mate & co. has developed more than 1,50,000 sq.ft. area in Shaniwar Peth itself.
Prakash Mate & co. also working in Hospitality sector. we are also partners in restaurants and lounges in Pune. we are successfully running Hospitality business from last 4 years.
